As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for the administration of investment (asset management) in integrated multimodal logistic company (“the Company”) as a shareholder and aggregate value to the Company.
Seek new business opportunities (investment, trading etc.) in the mobility related industry (mainly railway).
Participate in meetings with the Company and with the other related parties, which meet the abovementioned Job Mission, having discussion, negotiation and exchange of information/ideas in a productive and efficient manner.

• Collect necessary and relevant information of the Company (monthly financial results, progress of investment, cash flow, financial model, valuation, lawsuits etc.), Conduct professional analysis and Prepare comprehensive and logical reports, in a proactive manner.
• Communicate well internally and externally with the related parties, especially including headoffice.
• Develop and create new business opportunities through analyzing market, analyzing product and finding partners, taking in consideration headquarter’s strategy (Ex: M&A etc).
• Assist headoffice, its subsidiaries and business guests regarding scheduling visits and meetings, contacting responsible person(s) at the Company, intermediating and coordinating businesses.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the daily business procedures. Always improve quality of work by profound understanding, updating tools, and monitoring market trends.
• Pay strict attention to internal rules, standards and procedures, commits to policies, regulations, and code of ethics/conduct, and ensures to keep confidential information in strict confidence.
• Perform other duties and comply with aforementioned mission and responsibilities.

Minimum 3 years work experience in investment bank, fund, consulting company or other type of financial institutions (or M&A section in any sort of company), as an Coordinator or more, in area of asset management or M&A.
